We had gone to many dealers before we came to BEST BET AUTO. We found a car we liked in less than 10 minutes. Felix right away helped us with the paper work and everything else that needed to be done. We wasted a lot of time on looking for a car at other dealers. Felix is a great sales person. If you go to BEST BET AUTO which I highly recommend, ask for Felix and I can assure you, you wont be disappointed.

I had an amazing time and loved the service. The man, Felix, was very helpful and not pushy at all. This is the fourth dealership I’ve been to and it was the first one where they actually cared about my needs and not push a car that I did not want on me. They made it very easy to commit to a car and understand everything that comes along with it.
As a first time buyer there were many questions that I had and Felix answered them all with great depth. I would highly recommend this dealership and the dealer to anyone in need of a car.

I came to BEST BET looking for a car and found new people I would call friends.. Everyone there was very helpful and kind, and went the extra mile!! This place is by fare the BEST place to go when looking to buy a used car!! I have told all my friends and family to shop at best bet, and wanted to tell everyone on facebook the samthing. The person that has helped me was named Sarah she is wonderful and SUPER helpful!!! she even called me on her day off! I talked with her 2-4 times a day for almost 6 days before I went to the car lot, she never once made it seem like i had to rush in and find a car that day, she took her time and answered all questions i had and found me just the right car at just the perfect price!!! very happy family here!! everyone should shop BEST BET, and ask for SARAH!!! sincerly the browning family

i came into best bet because i had a friend who bought a truck through them an he was in same situation as me with bad credit i didnt think that i could get approved for a loan but eric an the sales manager were more then helpful they worked with me an helped me get a great silverado at an affordale monthly payment i would deffiantly recomend this dealership to anyone i will be returning for me next purchase in the future, i also needed my breaks done on my car an eric an the manager made sure that my breaks were done on short notice so that i would be safe with my kids in the truck..the best experience i have had was with this dealership.

I came in today to buy a car did not know exactly what I wanted. Janet our salesperson was amazing!! She spent time with my girlfriend and I and showed us some great cars and suv’s. Janet was so informative and really showed she cared about us and our needs. When we decided we loved a 2003 Toyota 4 Runner it was a very simple and joyful process to make a deal. We had our new SUV in no time flat. Janet, Robert the Sales Manager, and the entire staff at Best Bet Auto are totally top notch. Best experience I have every had buying a car. First i would like to say a friend referred me to best bet auto his name Kennard Julien ( i hope he gets his reward) (smile) per his experience he told me the staff is cool and friendly. I went to best bet auto and to my surprise a lot of the cars trucks etc i was not satisfied with, until I met Cesar Delgado he was not pushy or rush rush he took the time to introduce his self and when i needed space to look around he totally obliged. Cesar reassured me he would do everything to get me in a car today with little down and he not only did, but he helped get me the monthly payment at what I can afford. By far the worst with everything. They will get u financed however in my case not only did the vehicle break down a week after we had it but when we dropped it off to get worked on their employees took my care home and drove it! And they left garbage inside. And to make it worse they didn’t even fix the problem that was in the contract to be fixed. To top it all off I can’t even drive my care because they didn’t order my new plates. Horrible stay away!

I came and try to get a vehicle. I started looking at some chevy impalas and the sales people were able to help me with the questions i had they also showed me a Malibu and worked hard to get me finance even that i had no credit they let me test drive several cars without any pressure like other places had done. I ended up getting the malibu because it was a good price and a good car.

I went to best bet auto sales about a week ago. I was there to simply browse around, and was met by a young man by the name of Cesar. He was extremely helpful and eager to please, and my evident disinterest in actually purchasing a vehicle that day did not stop him from being deeply invested in informing me about many of the cars I’m interested in. He even seemed to enjoy talking to me and made me feel completely comfortable. I seriously recommend best bet auto sales.
What an Amazing Service, very honest people, no pressure, after going to almost 10 dealership today, i got to best bet with no hope, was turned down everywhere and few places tried to put me in some junk that don’t even run, cesar treated me well with respect, i was able to purchase 2004 Trailblazer and able to take it home today. I parchased my charger from these guys and within a month a had a small problem with my engine. The probablem could be fixed but instead they replaced the whole engine free of charge. I am extremely appreciative of this company and want to purchase again soon!!!! I recommend them to anybody they are genuily good people….
